1. Exclusive Authorization: All sales and after-sales services for UP3D products in Taiwan are conducted exclusively through our authorized distributor:TEI JEL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. To purchase genuine products, please contact the distributor directly. 

2. Enforcement Measures: Products acquired through unauthorized distribution channels will be ineligible for all protections, including but not limited to: 

• Quality assurance and warranty coverage 
• Technical support and software updates 
• The Company reserves the right to implement technological enforcement measures (including license deactivation) without prior notice.

3. Legal Disclaimer: UP3D TECH assumes no liability for losses arising from unauthorized purchases. 

UP3D TECH remains committed to protecting the interests of our authorized partners and end-users worldwide. Legal action will be taken against any party engaging in parallel imports or price-undermining activities.
